30 Day Yoga Challenge- Day 8: Yoga for Healing & Meditation

Day eight feeling great!

Today was just perfect. I NEEDED grounding and peace. I got a good stretch, worked some muscles and mostly became centered.

Adriene’s insistence to “breathe in the bad and anything that is not serving  and release it on your exhale” was transformative. I had a bad night last night…I’ve had several bad nights. I can feel the tension from that on my shoulders.

I’m thankful for the time I allowed myself to physically release it from my body.

I am thankful for giving myself permission to not hold on things that do not serve me. That can be hard to do.

And I’m THANKFUL to still be on this journey of wellness and to be moving forward 💛
