I weigh the least I have weighed in over 5 YEARS!
Cutting my calories was a challenge, but now I’m starting to feel fuller after eating less.
I’m now also adding a minimum of 20 squats a day and that combined with my 30 Day Yoga Challenge I’m feeling great!
Today I’m wearing a pair of jeans that a month ago were so tight I couldn’t walk in them! It feels good to see results!
