My weight loss check in: Week 5


I always say life is a balancing act. Motherhood is DEFINITELY a balancing act. We balance work, school, family…. Some weeks we loose tons of weight and eat very clean…some weeks we eat 4 taco salads and spaghetti for breakfast.

This was a taco salad and spaghetti for breakfast week…

So I am UP three pounds from last week!

BUT this does not mean I’m failing! 

It was frustrating stepping on the scale to see that. It’s frustrating how hard you work to loose it and how easy it is to gain! But I’m ready to keep it up, I’m not trying to be a super model I just want to feel good. And I’m still very much on that journey!
