30 Day Yoga Challenge: Day 19: Breath & Body Practice

Day nineteen was sooo sweet!

Definitely more toned down and relaxing. I really love how she matches a few days of harder stuff with one video rooted in breathing and stretching it all out.

Today was a bad day for me. Not for any specific reason I’m just tired and sometimes it can be overwhelming. My husband even was like “you are in a shitty mood! Go do some yoga!” Which I grumbled about but instantly felt better. I honestly think if you’re having a bad day after this challenge, come back to day 19!

How are you feeling on day 19???? We are almost there!
