Every day that I incorporate this practice I feel my body responding more and more. My back pops in places that bring SUCH relief; my body seems like it’s CRAVING stretching. I even feel my posture improving, and I have a deeper awareness of my own body. It’s very cool!

For me, I feel much more motivated. Those days without yoga helped me realize how important this is to my body! This is definitely going beyond 30 Days.
